When you register, please bring:
Birth Certificate
Immunizations
Proof of Residencey (2 documents with your street address)
Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten Registration
Transitional Kindergarten (age 5 between Sep 2 thru Dec 2)
Kindergarten (age 5 on or before Sep 1)
~~Birth Certificate, immunization record, proof of residency (2),
plus Health check up and Oral assessment
(school office has forms for the health checkup and oral assessment)
